How to download your ID card online

You can download your ID card online or through our mobile app.

If you’re a Select Health member and need a replacement ID card or copies for dependents on your plan, you can easily view, save, download, and print them using your phone, tablet, or computer.

Here are the steps to download your Select Health insurance ID card:

  1. Log in to your Select Health account either online or in the Select Health app.
  2. Select “View ID Cards” on your dashboard.
  3. Select “Download” to save your cards to your device.

Tip: Print your ID card and keep it in your car or wallet. That way, it’s there when you need it.

If you would like an additional set of cards, you can order them by contacting Member Services.
