Financial Assistance
Save money on your plan with federal financial assistance, otherwise known as a subsidized health plan. Depending on your income and other criteria, you may qualify for an Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) or Cost-Share Reduction (CSR). And with the continued increase of subsidy eligibility for Americans in 2025, even if you didn’t qualify in previous years, you may qualify now!
Networks Available

Select Health Value
This network offers access to all Select Health Value network providers and facilities in Nevada and Utah. It requires a Primary Care Provider selection and a referral for certain Specialty Care.
Select Health Med
This network option allows members to access to all Select Health Med Network providers and facilities in Nevada and Utah. This network does not require a require a Primary Care Provider selection.
