Compliance Training & Attestation

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for fraud/waste/abuse (FWA) compliance trainings and attestation are described in the table below. Providers completing these training efforts should submit a training attestation.

Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) Model of Care Abbreviated Training

Select Health has contracted with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to begin a Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) effective January 1, 2022. This plan type requires developing a detailed Model of Care (MOC) for CMS approval. Effective January 1, 2023, Select Health will reimburse providers at 100% of the Medicare fee schedule for D-SNP.
