2008 Dental Benefit Options (administered by Delta Dental)
Good healthcare includes regular dental visits. SelectHealth offers four dental options from which to choose. All options include no pre-existing condition limitations or waiting periods. Check with your employer to see if you are eligible for dental benefits.
SelectHealth dental plans offer coverage for orthodontic, restorative, and preventive dental care.
Diagnostic and Preventive: exams, x-rays, cleanings, topical fluoride
Basic: fillings, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery
Major Restorative: crowns, cast restorations, prosthodontics
